It’s wonderful to be surrounded by a fun, tidy, and fresh environment. I can’t forget to mention the extremely kind staff. Among the many amazing staff members who always smile, I deeply thank Lucas, who has been incredibly helpful in printing out my important work materials till late. I also want to express gratitude to all the staff at valet for being extremely kind in calling a taxi for me.

Came here celebrating our anniversary and Ellie who helped us check in was super friendly and explained everything very clearly. Hotel was clean and tidy. The only issue we had was the shower; water seeps out which causes a big puddle of water outside the basin area. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was really good!

Lovely hotel. Maybe a little bit further out than some of the main areas but lots of great cafes in walking distance. Room was very clean, dinner at Cleo was lovely and the gym and pool are the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel, really great! I scored 4/5 as ordered a glass of champagne on two occasions and each time they served me from a bottle that had been open for days, with the champagne being stale and flat. The replacement from a new bottle was warm and was I still charged which I thought was very poor for this standard of hotel (first world problems at their finest!)

I had gone for a business trip to Seoul and my company booked me at Mondarin Seoul. I must say it was a great stay, here's a detailed review: What was good : - Property was really nice & clean - Service and the staff are excellent - The location works perfectly - The Korean restaurant in the basement is really good - Privilege Bar on the roof is excellent - Coffee bean in premises and seven eleven across the road also is a great advantage - The location is surrounded by embassies and consulates I would especially like to mention that Blair (Jinwan Ahn) at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He helped me with all my questions and concerns related to taxis, transportation and even suggested great places to eat. He was very helpful and polite and was quite patient in responding despite my zero understanding of Korean language. What could be better? - I particularly found the rooms to be small - The placement of wash basin in the room is really awkward - The nearest subway is 15 mins walking distance
